how to do a usb backup

I'm trying a Nemesis 2.2 HDVu+duo, can you please tell me how to do a usb backup to save it
i m not use to use it

see if you have the usb backup script, if not i think you can download it then run it, i know its available on the blackhole image.

but i can't find it on the nemesis one

On the nemisis image you can download the backup script off the addons server. Press the blue button twice then scroll to addon and hit ok then scroll to the script section and there are backup scripts in there download either usb or hdd if usb make sure its connected when you download.
