How to change long press blue key?

My problem is that in peterpan 2 , the long press blue key to get to the plugins menu and pip setup does not work well with my harmony one.
I want to change that to a single press of the green or red key but everytime i try to change keymap.xml , nothing happens. Any ideas?

Thats more a problem of the harmony remote control.

i know but in gp2 and dream elite images i have 80% success where in pp2 less than 10%.
