if you have the subtitles you are ok but not why you need some programs
with some (filters)
first step find and install (vobsob)
second step find and install (vitrualdub)
third step open (virtualdub)
four step open (avi)
fifth step go into (video > filters) who is into up side of the (virualdub)
sixth step find into (filters) (text sub) and load subtitles and start dub
seventh step when dub end save the movie
eighth step and last try to find (TMPEG) to make the ideal movie with
subtitles of our lang
but why need (vobsub) ?
(vitrualdub) needed to syncronized subtitles video

and very easy step to add subtitles into (divx) is the program (convert x to dvd)

and the second tip: about subtitles in to movies is this
1. open the <wmp> and enable the <sutitles and captions>
2. download a movie or a movies
3. download a subtitle or a subtitles
4. unzip a subtitle or subtitles
5 pace into the other of a video file
