How do you setup the dreambox for motorized dish reception?

My dish is an 1.85X1.95 offset and I will install a motor on it with a remote controled positioner.
How must I setup my channel receiving sattelite list so that I can scan all found positions? Already have a diseqc switch with Astra 19 as center hotbird 13 as offset lnb and another stady dish on Hellasat....
The one with the 2 lnb's will be mobile.

You can change it in setup->service searching->satellite configuration to "many satellites with via diseqc rotor".
Then you go to motor setup and tune in on satellites and store positions.
As for channel list you can load some settings like pet123 or scan all satellites by yourself.

Ok fixed my Dish.
The positioner now can scan from 5E all the way to 26E.
I can't receive 1W and 28.2E thought.
My dish is an 1.90X1.85m offset. According to the footprints I should be able to receive some frequencies from 1W (I need TV Finland).
My receiver is not picking up any signal at all!
What am I doing wrong?
P.S. on 5E I have a reception of 78% and the dish is centered on Astra 19,2.

Are you sure that your positioner doesn't have a limited rotation. Can you see that it is moving beyond 26e or 5e when you are holding the button on reamote to move it to left or right. Maybe you should try locating those satellites on few different frequencies. Perhaps you tried on some freq that has low signal on your location.

I can hear the motor working , it is directly above me.
Has plenty of movement left as I have set it middle in 19E

The frequencies should be within my dish's diameter.
Maybe I must play with the dish's elevation a little bit.
All for one channel LOL!

Perhaps 28,2 is not strong enough here (one beam seems to cover my area) but 1w is definatelly strong enough.
