Help with Humax HDCI 2000 please

Hi Guys,

I updated my Humax HDCI 2000 with HDXSCI 1.00.15 and now I do not have system status in the main menu - The header reads Hardware Version and under menu wit house and trees icon it is listed:-

Credit
You should enter less than 20 letters Humax HDCI 2000
Smartcard access
Suspended
Setting up the start channel

And thats it - any ideas - help - is very welcome

try putting old 107 in and see

your receiver need original firmware until to fix problem

Or chose the appropriate software compatible with the system id

Many thanks for the advice - Loaded correct version of 10007 now menu back as it should be - problem now is zapping is much slower - now I have the correct version loaded is there an update available?
