Help with Bulsatcom

I have just updated my EL3020ir + with the latest Cas Data and set up my dish for Bulsat at 39e. I have down loaded the Channels but they will not open: my questions are, 1, are these channels still open today and 2, what do I have to do to the box to open them, ie press 2020?????

marokino08, have loaded both files but channels still refuse to open, any other suggestions??? what should my Menu-System Setup-Serial port read???=Internal Smart/Keyflydon/Gbox SSSp/Twin ProtocolMorebox prot/ or just Blank!!!!
