Help Please with SRX 5200

Dear Friends,
can anyone help me and tell me how to update my starsat receiver SRX 5200D?? I have tried flashing it with ALI 3329c and ALI 3329b but the the loader does not seem to recognize the receiver or upload any firmware to it..
Please help me update the receiver,,

isn't there anyone who can give me some pointers?? I know that some of you have the experince, skills and knowhow...
