Help needed on TV Vlaanderen

I have a Humax 5400,and everything is working fine exept
Tv Vlaanderen.Please tell me if there are some settings
i have to do.

with last key bin add new keys for Tv Vlaanderen but does not work on humax cus unknown Nano 5104 Maybe work with MOSC card

but Works on Dragon CAM and T-Rex(test by EMPB)
