Hi Naagendra
Have you correctly aligned your dish (elevation, azimuth, plumb) with respect to the satellite you intend to capture? If your answer is the affirmative then why dont you turn the lnb clockwise or counterclockwise and observe any changes in signal level!
If your dish is not properly aligned, or you dont have a good lnb or something else is in the path of signal (like vegetation)or some electromagnetic interference around, your signal will be weak.(Assuming you have correctly assembled your dish.)

The only way to get it optimal is putting an analog "satfinder" (with an old-fashioned mechanical meter) inbetween LNB and receiver and keep on turning, twisting, tilting (or whatever movement dish and/or LNB can make) until reading is maximum.
Using the built-in reading from most receivers is way too slow and usually not very reliable.
The one on my dreambox might even be called a pain-in-the-ass, as it shows 90% signal when there is none or 0% signal when reception is great as soon as you switch from signal-finder to watching tv.
These "satfinders" cost near to nothing and are a great help!
