HELP: Change Menu & ICon

i have SR-X5300CU Super

i don't like my current ( default menu ) i don't see the full name of Showtime Channel Names( like Showcomedy Extra for example ) because the Menue is in 3 Coloums
+ the GUI is so complicated compared with other recivers specially modifying channell procedure like moving sorting there is no Alphapatical sorting order or dividing channels by Bouqet like Humax which i think it has the Best GUI after the Dream Box

now i need tools to modify menues i am a newbee here and i thought you guyes can help me:mecry:
