Help a beginner

Hey every one I have bought TBS 5530 sat card and I have tried to use ALT-DVB , DVB DREAM , EBSPRO but I couldn’t receive any signal can someone tell me why ??

My pc specs: CPU i5 , 8 ram is that the problem? Or there is something else and if their is some thread that tell me what I need to do step by step that we’ll be helpful

You will need to describe what you have done up to now to get the software apps configured correctly.
It is not just a case of running the installation *.exe file and opening up the app, they need to be configured after installation.

If you do not configure the apps with LNB settings they will not know if you want to receive C-Band, Ku-Band or Ka-Band.
You need to configure your LNB local osscillator value in the apps, have you done this?

An i5 CPU with 8gb of RAM is OK for the apps you have listed, they will work with that.

For DVBDream there are online tutorials on the DVBDream website. If you go to the home page and then the "Tutorials" section there is an installation guide.
Same for EBSPro, if you go to the website homepage and then the "Overview" section there are support links at the bottom of the page.

You need to do some research and read up on the configuration of these apps.
There are also topics in the DVB section of this forum that cover the use of these apps.
