Somehow I managed to get the Philips CU1216Mk3-DVB-C running on the Newnigma2 V3.1.1 11.29.2010 on internal flash.
I did some comparing of the /lib/modules/2.6.18-7.4-dm800/extra modules between the 11.14.2010, 11.29.2010 and non patched version.
The alps_bsbe2.ko module (which is working) was the same in the 11.14.2010 and 11.29.2010 version except for the version string inside the file.
So I took the cu1216mk3.ko from the 11.14.2010 version and changed the 'vermagic=2.6.18-7.3-dm800' to 'vermagic=2.6.18-7.4-dm800' using a hex editor.
I am running kernel 7.4 and DVB-C is working !
root@dm800:/proc# cat version
Linux version 2.6.18-7.4-dm800 (oozoon@oozoon-linux) (gcc version 4.4.3 (GCC) ) #1 Sat Jul 31 18:45:00 CEST 2010
It looks like I still need a USB stick in my box, which also has some Barry Allen stuff on it (all kernel 7.3 images), maybe that's doing the trick somehow ?

It's very hard to understand your english.
If I do uname -a it also shows:

What else can i do to see what module versions are running ?

For the dvb-c users a working Philips CU1216Mk3 kernel module. I don't understand why Rami doesn't add this to his new images, it's the same trick he uses on the ALPS bsbe2 module.
The steps to follow:
-Probably your dreambox doesn't boot all way. It should be accessable on it's dhcp adres.
-ftp cu1216mk3.tgz to your dreambox let's say in /tmp
-telnet to your dreambox
-cd /lib/modules/2.6.18-7.4-dm800/extra/
-mv cu1216mk3.ko cu1216mk3.ko~ Just to make backup
-tar xvzf /tmp/cu1216mk3.tgz
-reboot your dreambox
