Was working previously but stopped. Back now by the sounds of it.

Confirmed, some of the bein channels from Es'hail-2 at 25.8 East are clearing with the VIP package on a Geant OTT 750 4K Allure.

Yes just tried the sat 4K and sadly it doesn’t cut it, works flawlessly on the DRS2

I wonder then could the Viark sat 4K be fixed with firmware update. If it’s a limitation of the firmware or if the hardware just doesn’t cut it?

Unfortunatly the DRS2 4k no longer seems to be available anywhere

Sky.De on the Viark Sat 4K has been bad today. Lots of freezing.

Im guessing, and i hope this is fixed with a firmware update but the 4k is lacking in CPU power and ram compared to the DRS2.

It's hard to find proper specs but Sat 4K is supposed to be the Ali 2661 (1GHz Dual Core - 4000 DMIPS) with 2GB RAM and the DRS2 is the HiSilicon Hi3798MV200 which is 4x ARM cores running between 1.6GHz and 2.0GHz (15000 DMIPS) and 2GB RAM.

Quite a difference in raw CPU performance and could well be maxed out or just needs further tweaking.

I'm guessing if they do crack this they'll figure out a box they can sell with it.

Thinking more for the people who don't have one yet and were in the market for something like the Sat 4K as they're selling a few lately

It not a full hack of UHD that might never happen.

Vip only in middeleast and African
In Europe any device in Europe
Vip cannot be added to any device located in Europe
Iam test Vip in World Cup bein sport and Dstv 36e very Nice and Stable

Forever in 19.2e canal + Not stable in time Match
Movistar is good no problem

It's absolutely atrocious which is a shame!!

Tried changing the resolution to 4k25 but it still stutters.

The box can clearly do FTA UHD so this is a minor gripe for now I guess

moonbase is based in the UK mate.

Seems there are some anomalies when it comes to box location possible based on where the box came from or was activated.
