perhaps do changes to mg_cfg in order to show debug output then log in via telnet
...
cd /usr/bin (path where mgcamd is)
./mgcamd >/tmp/output.txt (start it and path to created output file)
switch through some channels of this provider and send me the output.txt file which you can find in /tmp folder
use a version of mgcamd you have a view on bulsat with ...

I do not know how to explain when they do not understand it myself.
Canaldigital we work ok on Astra 19.2 and Bulsat on 39 e we write scrembled. Until now I never had any trouble with Rp.
Can you put the keys to Arqiva on Sirius 4.8.
The biggest problem is that I do not understand the receiver know the only insert Rp with Winaplaudom.In any case, thank you.

You can put these CW key in your RK by yourself.
The "HOWTO" is explained somewhere here at "Neotion" .
