flash memory has 32 Mb capasity,but flash version is 32.5 MB!!

I desided to install enigma 2 on flash. after uncompressing enigma 2, it became 32.5 MB. this file is 0.5 MB more than IPBOX 900HD memory capasity. we should aslo install emumanager that needs extra space. doesnot it make any problem?
