Firmware & Softcams on USB

Hi there, I have noticed that each time I update my Clarke-Tech 2100 plus with the firmwares via USB, I can't also see the softcams I have downloaded to the USB so I can not update the Softcam via USB.

Any help to this???

fw the first charge, after close the decoder with the remote and then power off. rekindle the softcam and upload and then turn it off again. the decoder is reset.:thum:
