FATAL ERROR TM9100 Super

PLEASE, PLEASE HELP. I hope someone can help!

I just set up a new TM9100 and I am now getting a message saiyng:
"FATAL ERROR Font rds does not exist" with a small red circle and an x in it.
From the remote I press Menu and nothing happens.
I press Exit and after two/three times the machine reboot but the message is still on.
With this on I cannot get the receiver to function at all: no channels, no menu, no set up, nothing at all.
Can someone, please , knows how to make this message disappear and have the machine working again?

Hi mate

Your image or boot drivers are possibly corrupt.

What image did you try to load?

Thank for your reply.
No I did not install any image.
I was merely doing the basic set up like: installing Astra & Hotbird, downloading the relevant channels, placing a dozen or so channels in the favourite bouquet, checking the system setting for A/V setting and UHF Modulator when suddenly the TV screen went all black with this window showing the message and the receiver completely frozen. No buttons on the remote or the ones in front of the machine respond to the command.
I was suggested to boot up the receiver with a SD pre-programmed card in it so the receiver should reboot from the SD card and this should solve the problem.
Does anyone know where can I but this card?

Ok let me rephase this!

What image do you have on the box at the moment?

Sounds like whatever setting you made has corrupted the image. Just do a factory reset and setup the image from scratch.

The TV screen is a black background with a blue window and a message saying: "FATAL ERROR Font rds does not
exist" with a small red circle and an x in it and a smaller square with a
green dot and OK.
No buttons on the remote or the ones in front of the machine respond to the command, the receiver completely frozen.
