Read this topic from page 1 and make some notes of which channels are reported as fast.
Then, start scanning with a satellite dish and time the speed of the channels against a benchmark channel.

Once you have finished please come back here and share your work.

I have updated my list for the TV channels and feeds I have checked for the World Cup.
The new list is below.

1. A Sports on 38.0E (fastest)
2. M4 on 0.8W (about 0.6 secs slower than A Sports)
3. Globacast feeds from 3.1E on 3727R (about 3.0 secs slower that A Sports)
4. BBC on 28.2E (about 6.7 secs slower than A Sports - this was not the BBC red button)

Although it is a biss feed, the Globecast feed is slow, no good for fast pictures.
From a UK location, the fastest pictures I have found to date are from A Sports in C-Band from 38.0 East.
