Running a blind scan on Hispasat, many MIS transponders on 11222 V - SR: 3000 / FEC; 2/3, but no channel is found when scanning these transponders.

Only if they support ShortFrame, they never stopped broadcasting on 11422H (they only switched off 11221V where the parameters for processing were more suitable).
