Eurobet HEVC channels does not show up when I search on 9 East

I had Eurobet channel working on my tm 5402 m4 !
I have used the patch downloaded from here !
Any idea what can be wrong ? Or have they stopped transmitting ?????

Left 9 East quite a while ago now only on ...
