If it says file too big try removing sim and reinstalling it, if that files download a image with bl69 boot loader if think you can even use a original cvs image and try flash that.

when I flash my 800HD clone, It stuck at flashing using web browser.I make a mistake, I switch it off. When I switch it on again, this message "Error01 NO CA Found" . I try 2nd patch file and other method, the set did not response.using the patched dreamup, it cannot detect my box. I force flash but its said file too big.
I know, everybody will said to try this , try that. But I try all method that I can find in here.
Do you think I shall do Jtag to revive the box?
how to do jtag?

I try changing a new sim 2.01, but still no response from the box.
The patched Dreamup did not detect my box.I try to flash just the SSL, also said file too big.

You sure the null cable is ok and did you try bl69 image. This is odd as you have new sim

cable is good as I can flash other set.I am lost as most of them have no problems.Do you have info on how the Second boot loader works. where is boot loader loaded in the box.?

flashing in HTTP serial mode but what kind of image for dm 800hd ang every time i boot the second stage it still show na ca contact dream multimedia

You need a sim2.1 image

Then connect both a null modem cable and ethernet cable.

Start the patched dreamup and tick the network box, then under remote IP enter a IP inside your routers DHCP range.

Click connect and power on your 800.

If is worked correctly your 800 will go into http mode and show a IP on its screen.

Use this in your browser to flash the image.
