error in nabilo - please help

hi ,

while trying to update keys i keep getting the message :
"ERROR DOWNLOADING KEYS PACKAGE INSTALLATION ABOTRED" .
is there any problem ?

just checked and i downloaded both packets in key section of yellow panel of nabilo and installed correctly
check network
check memory left (if you use a db500)

i have dm500 and there is another 5 of my friends that have the same problem.
we have memory , and we have internet connection(xxxxxxxxx is working).
