As in the subject, I have an Ericsson RX8200 professional satellite receiver for sale.
It is well equipped and licensed for a good satellite usage.
SD and HD 420 and 422, MPEG2 and H264, BISS, RAS, Common interface, 4 PIDs audio decoding, downconversion for analog SD video output (if needed....).
No HEVC, No BISS2.
The decoder is in perfect conditions with its original packaging.

This receiver though don’t I have to buy something else like a licensed demodulator from novelsat, how is it supposed to work?

An RX8200 is a standalone receiver, it will receive satellite feeds on its own and provide pictures from its output ports.
Why do you think you need a Novelsat NS2000 demodulator?

If you want to view the output from a Novelsat NS2000 demodulator you have several options.
1. Connect the ASI output port from the NS2000 to an ASI input port on DVB card and use a DVB app to view the pictures.
2. Connect the ASI output from the NS2000 to a video convertor to transform into SDI or HDMI and connect to an SDI or HDMI monitor.
3. Connect the ASI output port from the NS2000 to a device such as an Alitronika box and stream from it to to VLC.

is possible watch ns 3 and ns 4 satellite feeds on it or not ? thanks in advance

As @moonbase just mentioned: no on its own.
I made such test connecting the RX8200 ASI input to the ASI out of a Novelsat demodulator and it perfectly works.
If you want, probably a Novelsat NS2000 could be available soon, but this is a different story.
