el777 fta freezing help needed

hi guys
i have a problem with my echolink el777 fta.
seems that after a few minutes it totally freezes and i have to switch it off/on at back to restart it.
also sometimes it doesnt freeze but wont show any channels even free to air ones again a switch off/on is required.
i have reloaded the original firmware then the lastest patch and it still does it.
would it need to be jtagged or is there another solution.
any help is appreciated guys

hello

it is problem with TPS software. you have to reload the software by switching off the STB

already tried that but still does it.
even with lastest software still carries on freezing.
so at the mo its a glitch with tps?
