El 700 FTA super

Mates, need help for my EL 700 FTA super:
1. When opening the showtime channel no audio & video,
2. After a minute it's hanging - need to off the power to
restore the program.
3. Not actively tranfer from one channel to another.
What will i do?
Please help!

u hav 2 go 2 ch. "Hallmark" wait for few mts. it will open & simultaneously ART OPENS...likewise go to bbcfood..wait...it opens..&opens all shtime channel..k
