There is no problem on Digi. the only thing is on Digi is that some channels are switching on N3 one by one.
The only problem is with Canal Nederland and infect they been free to Air for the last 4 days so they can satisfy their subscribers

My friend the 2300 does not work with USALS.
To my experience on 2300. If the 2300 is switched out of power for more than an hour it loose
all satellite positions. It does not save it and memorize it like other decoders .
So all you have to do is to start from hotbird and enter :
Menu/ Installation/ Antenna setup/Positioner down on MOVE and press right or left to find
the SIGNAL it comes green. Than press RED to SAVE.
Now if you have found Hotbird and you have other packages that are on Hotbird go on them and save this position. Astra the same than you have to carry on find each Satellite one by one.
Good luck and remember never to power it from mains for a long time.

Bulsat simple change a key...
So you are can enter a key in manual mode (if it support your reciever, sorry i dont know)

Or upload a fresh cas data (key files) :)
