Another think, the files CAS are keys right?that firmware recommend for EL-3030 for work with and without abracadabra?

That program is for sent the firmware,keys,channel list etc..to receiver?

Hi All , I have Echolink 3020 IR PLUS. Latest updates were not working and few days back I used cleaner software before loading latest updates and receiver started working.
However after putting the update for 08-Feb , again receiver has stopped working. Do I need to put the cleaner software everytime I put latest update ???
What is the reason or need of cleaner software , am I doing something wrong ?
