E-star sim 3 Openpli 2.1 opening error

E-star sim 3 openpli 2.1 image starting problem. Always stuck in a continuous opening. Other backup tried the same in the other backup . Where the problem can be .

Weak Power supply try another or tuner is faulty remove and see if it boots if it does then tuner is faulty.
