[OpenATVstatus] update 2.4

• new selection option “Time zone” (local time [setting of box] or server time [UTC])”
• new selection option “Date format” (all possible ways of displaying the date)
• SyncTime, BuildTime, CycleTime and NextBuild are now displayed in minutes (e.g. previously “08:31”, now “9 min”)
• some tiny code deatils corrected
• all translations modified accordingly
