DVBViewer 5.0 can not execute

I install the <DVBViewer 5.0 PRO by oktagon and amidkaa>.
But can't used!

Go to HKLM_Softwar_CM&V and delete the key
2-Go to C:\Program Files\Common Files\ and delete the "DVBViewer Shared" folder
3-Go to C:\ProgramData\ and delete the "CMUV" folder
4-Go to C:\Program Files\ and delete the "DVBViewer" Folder
5-Before installing disable internet connection
6-Now install the new DVBViewer 5.0
