dreambox 500s clone and wifi ???

HELP!
Please bare with me,I have a no broadband here in Spain but a very good wifi connection that the local town hall provides. I can gain fast connectivity to the internet without problems,so my question is this how do I go about getting on line with my dream box clone so that I can load up my box,with latest firmware image etc.Please if you can help keep it simple linux is all new to me.

I am without any knowledge of routers,bridges,repeaters other than I know what they are called.The device advised seems fine but as I am in possession of a TP link TL_WA501G wireless access point do you know if I could use that? it is capable of routing bridging repeating etc.I really know so little of what I am asking that I do not know if even my question makes sense
