Dreambox 500hd Repair - Problem

Hi, i have problem with dm 500 hd.
dm 500 stop in 4red light and it does not boot and no light on front panel.
after the separate RR5 in hyper terminal`s program show this massage:

Hello Majid, if you only have red light inside the dreambox and no lights outside, i think u might have a dead dream, im not sure. hope not. hate to tell you you need to take it back where you bought it and change it. Make sure the serial number is begins with A4 and above. I think a1 and a2 have problems.
