dream 800 se tuner empty

i have DM80SE with ICVS image on flash and 84 ssl
i turun off the power tow days ago
i turn on the power next morning but there is no signal
in tuner conf menu the tuner is empty
i tried the latest offical image 3.2.1 but still the same
i didnt use dreamup becouse i dont have mini usb cabel
is there any thing to do
or i have to chnge the tuner

If this is a clone Usually when the tuner disappears its a driver issue but since it was working previously maybe not. If its not a clone

Take the lid off and make sure the tuner is pushed home in its slot, if this does not work then flash a image suitable for your sim. Failing that it could be the tuner is faulty.

did you try Lose the cable or the Detector ?? if every think is ok install ts panel an download last carnal and drivers and see what happen but must shore your device is original after you don oll that if not work must tack it to technical to Examination the tuner .

Sometimes you have to switch it on and off 10 times or so before the tuner shows up.
