i am trying to watch tricolor channels at 56 east with my pc. i can only get the following frequencies :
11881, 11919, 11958, 12035, 12073
i am using a pc with a dvb card and use wicardd for windows and wincsc or acamd. But i always get error not decrypt.
can someone confirm that any of the above frequencies should
work or there is nothing to do with those frequencies.
i can not understand where is the mistake.
