If it is in .rar you have to extract it, copy to var/bin and change mode to 755. If it is in .tar.gz or .ipk copy it to tmp folder in Dreambox. Then go to Menu-Setup-External Addons and do manual install.

i transferd ccam file in tar.gz from the pc to the tmp dream.
but when i pressed blue panel > add on > manualy install > its not there,the tmp is empty.
i repette the procedure againe but the same, the tmp is empty.
what can be the problem ?

Did you chmod 755 to the tar.gz file in /tmp?

It depends on your image. Check if tar.gz is correct addon for your image.
