Waarschijnlijk een instelling op jouw box die niet goed staat.
Bij mij werkt het althans prima met DVB-C & DVB-T
Sat heb ik niet.

Probably a setting on your box.
Fallback works fine for me with DVB-C & DVB-T
I don't have sat.

Fallback externe tuner = IP dm920 - zonder tuner & zonder coax kabel
Locatie externe ontvanger = IP dm7080 - met tuner & coax kabel

Correctie, zijn beide het IP adres van externe ontvanger (box waarvan de zenders moeten komen)
In mijn geval IP adres dm7080 (standaard poort 8001)
Fallback externe tuner = http://192.168.1.102:8001
Locatie externe ontvanger = http://dm7080.local:8001

In case you don't succeed via Fallback menu
- replace IP address (192.168.1.102 & dm7080.local)
- init 4
- open file settings (/etc/enigma2/settings)
- copy & paste & save

From now on, you can perform online updates.

great image but some IPTV streams in AAC don't work.

so I wait and hope this problem will be ok in a future update.

Give me an example of such a stream so I can check it.
I haven't had time to adjust the streams bouquets yet.
Many streams may not have the correct url anymore.
Some streams work better with ServiceApp exteplayer3
Change stream in your settings list bouquet from #SERVICE 4097 to #SERVICE 5002
(other servicetypes are #SERVICE 1 and #SERVICE 5001)

openPLi (8.1 and above) does not require a CI+helper plugin
Just add param & certificates to ciplus folder
(same certificates as enigma2-plugin-systemplugins-ciplushelper 5.3-r1)

After testing your image...

- satellite blindscan is working but to get all channels or feeds is necessary make twice scans
- emu 39.0°E (ERT+DIGEA) works good
- BBC-SATBACK 27.5°W NOT works with error (Service not found! SID not found in PAT)
- abertis 30.0°W just works two channels, all others black screen with error (Service not found! SID not found in PAT)

The link are with my ISP BOX and I think you can't verify them.
example: #SERVICE 4097:0:1:494:0:0:0:0:0:0:rtsp%3a//mafreebox.freebox.fr/fbxtv_pub/stream?namespace=1&service=283:Fr3 Alpes
with OpenPli it doesn't work and with the DreamOS is working well
So it would be great for me if it could be ok with OpenPli because it's really a great image.

Without a satellite dish it is a bit difficult for me to set everything properly.

- blindscan - try higher Accuracy

- BBC-SATBACK 27.5°W - lamedb is not modified - in the past it worked with dvbsnoop + oscam.dvbapi + oscam.conf pmt_mode = 6
Can you test it again by zapping first to 5SELECT (only this PID's has been added to lamedb) then to the next channels ?

- abertis 30.0°W - that means astra-sm does work. I just need to edit the channel list.

For blindscan I make allways on 5 position (higher)

I try this morning and it doesn't work with OpenPli python2.
The image is very fast with video, and beautiful. But too many channels with AAC are not OK (in IPTV only).

I hope you can do something to make this ok in the future. I would love so much to use your image on my DM920 HD...

Abertis chan work very well.
perhaps you should add the new biss key for pid 801.

About pid 801, I used the wrong Channel Reference for that.
To fix, go to line 116 (included SoftCam.Key) and change F 03001FFF into F 07091FFF
