HOW TO CHANGE DREAMBOX PASSWORD VIA TELNET
The box is working ethernet cable is connected from our computer;
We go to Start Run
In the window that appears; telnet XX.XX.XX.XX.XXX here we write the IP number we gave to the dreambox and say OK
a dos window will appear; here
dreambox login:root
password: type dreambox Enter
type passwd in the bottom line Enter
Enter new password will appear at the bottom where it says Enter new password Type your new password Enter
now type your new password again in the bottom row Enter
If it says Password Changed, the process is complete, otherwise do these operations again from the beginning.
