I just F**** the receiver :stretcher:
its Clone and the image was allrussian and sim210
i was watching the channels and then i pressed menu then system
then standby/restart then i Pressed restart then i was waiting that receiver come up with a refresh but no OLED Display and no signal only some green light and some small red light inside I am not sure but maybe because of clone image has gone
now what should I do ?
can use another image ? other team or it should be allrussian if yes which image or maybe another problem it is .

use newly patched images with ssl 84

If your not getting a display then your box seem to be faulty to me.

I didn't Try installing new image can you please let me know which image is better to try if it didn't work after that so the place for it is recycling

It will work mate any of the new images will do the job

If you do not display a green light work to the adapter, then unplug the box from power for 10 minutes and then insert the new image and SSL.

If you do not light green lamp on the adapter, then you broke the power adapter and need to buy new.

I have the same problem as the above... If there is someway to recover it or reflash, that would be great.

The USB-B port can be detected and driver installed in Windows as Serial Port COM12. But when i hyperterminal into it, and turn it on... no text coming out...

Does anyone have any method?

It seems that the unit is not booting at all when power is applied.

How can we reflash the bootloader? Is there an offline programming tool? Can we access the JTAG for this purpose?

Just flash new image it should be ok

I was told that manufacturer is preparing few parts that you will have to replace on the motherboard...

So for now, i would be carefull on buying such DM800se clone... and if the problem appear, I will send it back immediately to supplier for replacement (not repair !).

Yes i agree return them to your dealer.

I did when i had a clone 500HD with faulty card reader and a Clone 8000 with faulty power supply.

These things happen my advice buy from a dealer in your own country so you can return them without issues for replacment. :thum:

Seriously mate if you have no front display the box has a fault not the image.

If you really need to see if a IP is present for the it try the find feature of DCC E2 it will find all the IP's on your network

i just talked to the support of supplier they told me some chip has been broken lol they told me if you change we send . i just confirmed that I am able to change it and now they are sending me . :thum:

but this will be my last time in my life to buy something fake , Ferret can you suggest me some HD receiver with dongle support ?
