dm800 restart on DVBS2 search

SIM 2.01 restart when searching S2 transponders.
no problem with other TP's . no internal hard. internal fan works well and tuner is cool and fit .satellite is tuned well.and difrent images checked with latest drivers and ssl76d.

Flash the box, the image is corrupt.

It is also possible the tuner is faulty ! But to eliminate that as Juli3 says try a image reflash to start with.

Reflashed with diferent images with latest drivers same results, how to rool-out tuner fault.

Well if a new image does not work and you have done a Manual scan of a whole satellite with S2 selected and it crashes its looking like a dodgy tuner.

Try manual scan of all the s channels if it completes and then crashes on S2 it looks like the tuner.

I have same problem. Its not a tuner problem. After zapping on HD channel voltage on motherboard is to low and dm is restarting. Its same result when You scan any hd channel. Its damaged board. Maybe one or more capacitor.
