dm7020 restarts

Hello everyone my dreambox restarts by itself while i am wacthing.Yesterday it restarted enigma and i lost my cccam2.1.4 it reads common interface as cam any ideas?

Does it do it randomly or after say 5 or 10 minutes?
I suppose you could check you have adequate ventilation, other than that I'm out of ideas.

it did factory reset by itself something wrong
