dm 800 not booting

My 800hd wont start , there is no light on front panel , no picture on tv , no response from Dreamup with 0modem cable, only 2 lights from the ethernet port from behind the box ( green and orange)
any help ? i dont know what to do

Hardware problem
first try another PSU
If persists, take it to technician...

it is hardware problem.. take it to technician

I've the same issue with same decoder, I've already tried a new PSU but the problem still here. There is any other kind of test that I can execute on hw side ?
