100% yes but from eeprom not rs232
you dump your eeprom and get your dump file..

but in dump you nothing find.. because provider changed firmware(software) algo..

i think you have not full knowladge for hardware of any stb boot change,
if your box updated in any new software ver... ,
u make a circuit and open rs232 port connect,:thum:
