Hi - is it possible to receive UTV, S4C and/or STV on Telstar 12 Vantage at 15° West or on Intelsat 901 at 27.5° West ?

its always been possible to receive those channels but never possible to decode .
not really 100% sure why however .

Hi feedS Guru! Anyone can explain to me...For what is activated feed for Latvian hockey league if game play in Latvia and not broadcasting to other coutrys...? Game broadcast Latvian Tv6 channel and i think not need make feed for this )) Never understund this situation. Screenshot for example, thanks!
