I think that's a test feed for the return of The Bundesliga as you know matches start 15 Mai.
Do you agree?

It doesn't seem a bundesliga feed.
For experience, bundesliga feed are always 4:2:2 and S.R: 14400 (S.R. 9875 is only for Bundesliga2 match feeds).

Possibly only a German test card or something active later or in the next days
