if i can encrypt to decrypt there showing msg 00000000000,
can someone help me
and how to decrypt file

Its not encrypted, you are just using XOR in a wrong way...
If the key is equal to the string you are trying to decode the result will be always 00000...

Can someone please explain what the CAS7 pairing is? From my understanding it doesn't use 192 byte Secondary Key(part of it is 96 byte RSA) pairing, or does it? How would CPU_KEY be extracted? With same UP programmer?
