del dm800se sim2.10 sometimes wont boot

have strange thing- sometimes when i dm800se (sim2.10,bootlouder 84b) power on from back panel, it dont boot, only flashing green light inside. After waiting 2-4 min, after receiver booting. But sometimes i can try 2-3 times,and nothing.
Hyperterminal show these info (when not boot):

They have a built in power protection curcuit sometime the on switch is not enough, remove power plug for rear and reinsert it quickly a couple of times it should boot.

done ,how was write, the same problem could be problem with motherboard?

It could be but reflash just to eliminate corruption
