DCW's formats for JSC from +5 to +8

Sorry mates. But I can't find the DCW's formats for JSC +5, +6, +7 & +8.
When DCW's are active, my jsc card doesn't work.
So, I'd like to get them when these things happens.

ÿes m8..when+5678 does not work to you .. i think because the DCW keys is stopped to Change:thum:.

Thank you mate. But, what I need is having the right formats for those channels, to put the DCW's keys when they're active. Because they turn my card inoperative.
Yesterday, when DCW's keys went down, my jsc card started to work again.
