Ferret is right.
But if you have no other choice but to use only one cable - you need to set Tuner B to "connected with Tuner A" - I had it this way for some time. It´s not satisfying for the reason, Ferret mentioned.

Much better "only one cable" solution, if possible for you (you can fully support up to four tuners by one LNB):
Replace your LNB by Unicable LNB (~ 60 € - 70 € / e.g. Inverto IDLB-QUDL41-UNI2L-0PP / or Dur-Line UK 101, which won test, / or else) - your firmware should not be older than about July/August 2010, though, when Unicable possibilities were extended in dreambox firmware (don´t remember the exact date). Best is to use up to date oe1.6 firmware.
Connect your coax cable only to Tuner A, as before
In menu:
Both tuners: extended configuration
Tuner A has to be set to LNB1 / Unicable LNB / SCR1
Tuner B has to be set to LNB1 / Unicable LNB / SCR2 / Connected with = yes / Tuner A
In case you should later build in additional tuners into your dreambox, you can configure them in menu like Tuner A but choose SCR3 / SCR4 with automatically set corresponding frequencies related to your LNB.
(In case you should buy an exotic Unicable LNB that´s not in the dreambox menu´s list, it is possible for you to select individual configuration and to set frequencies manually - your dealer should tell you correct frequencies for SCR1-SCR4, then.)
