Hi all, suddenly my DM 820HD no longer receives any channels, "tuning failed" appears on the screen but it always worked.
At the moment I don't remember how I set the tuner and therefore I ask for help from all of you.
The DM 820HD is connected to a motorized antenna managed by an Echostar AD3000 IP for movement, therefore the classic system with actuator.
The decoder is Enigma 2 and has gemini4.1-unstable-OE25-image-dm820-20211219113420 as an image that appears to be called Experimental on the screen.
I state that it has never given me any problems, only that the tuner is unprogrammed, can someone help me step by step, to fix everything?
