Completely new to Dreambox 600, HELP.

Can someone please help me i pay £20 a month with dreambox cardsharing and my mate put a dark star image in as i got a clone box, but what i'd like to know if i could get a guide telling me the in's and outs of the dreambocx like a complete tutorial of the box like how it works and how to flash etc, thankyou verymuch.
